Congratulations to William Randall who has just successfully completed his apprenticeship in Engineering Manufacture.
William is now the third generation of his family to join the precision engineering business after studying for the last four years at Norwich City Colleague, where he learnt skills such as CNC Milling, Turning, CAD & CAM, Manual Milling and Turning and Inspection & Assembly skills. He joins his father Andrew and Uncle Mark at Howarth Engineering, the latest success story of the apprenticeship programme, which also helped to train both Andrew & Mark, when they began their careers and who are now directors of the family business.
Now 21, Will started his career at 16, joining his family of Precision engineers, and has quickly become an essential part of the team at Howarth Engineering, through his hard work and dedication to the company.
To carry on the company tradition of recruiting talent for the next generation of precision engineers, Howarth Engineering have taken on a new apprentice, James, over the summer. We are also proud to announce that one our current apprentices Aidan, has been progressed a year early at Norwich City College and will now be starting his Level 3 Appreticeship.
We look forward to reporting their future achievements as the next chapter within our dedicated team begins.
